What we collect
When you contact us through this website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect only what you choose to send us — typically your name, contact number, email address, device details and a description of the fault.
When you drop a device off for repair we may also record the device details and any access code you give us so that we can carry out and test the repair.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- To carry out and test a repair you have asked for
- To contact you about a device that is ready for collection
- To keep basic records of work carried out
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it
We share your information only where it is needed to do the job — for example with a parts supplier — or where we are required to by law. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
This website
This site is a static website hosted on Firebase Hosting. It does not set advertising cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Standard server logs kept by the hosting provider may record technical information such as IP address and browser type. The store location map is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
Your data on a device we repair
Please back up your device before any repair. We will treat anything on your device as private, and we access it only as far as is needed to diagnose or test the repair.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask for
